LIVING AREA

This bright and open space is perfect for relaxing with the family. Open the large accordion sliders to take in the fresh desert air and panoramic views.

KITCHEN

This well-stocked chef’s kitchen features a huge island and gas cooktop. The gorgeous mountain views make this a fun space to cook and dine.

Rectangular swimming pool stretches toward mountain views beyond the backyard wall. Blue Adirondack chairs sit in front of a long linear fire pit in the foreground, with a raised spa and lounge chairs at the far end.

OUTDOOR LIVING & POOL

Relax in the heated pool and spa, dine al fresco, or cozy up by the fire pit at night. The best part? The panoramic view of the Catalina mountains. 

Covered patio with outdoor sectional seating, mounted television, string lights, and large outdoor dining table. Sliding glass doors connect the patio to the house. In the foreground is a blue spa connected to the pool.

COVERED PATIO

The large, east-facing patio has plenty of space to dine al fresco or watch the game on the patio TV. Settle in on the sectional to watch the mountains turn pink - usually 5-10 mins prior to sunset.

TORTOLITA ROOM [KING BED]

RINCON ROOM [KING BED]

Named after Tucson’s southern mountains, this bedroom features a walk-in closet, and locally-made macrame art on a cholla cactus rib sourced from our property grounds. 

King bed with crisp white bedding sits against a dark wood headboard. A modern lamp sits on the bedside table to the right, and framed desert botanical artwork hangs above, while a light upholstered bench sits at the foot of the bed.

CATALINA SUITE [KING BED]

Wake up refreshed with luxurious cotton sheets and medium-firm Tuft & Needle mattress. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and exercise bike.

  • This place was fantastic! Amazing mountain views, great living space, very comfortable beds, and an awesome outside area. The pool and hot tub were highlights. The home is very convenient to a grocery store and good restaurants. It was a terrific trip!
